Use the official row when you want to buy, wishlist, join chat, or file a bug. Use the wiki row when you want a getting started hour, Full Game Notes, or a co-op seating plan. Do not treat Discord hearsay as a changelog and do not treat this wiki as customer support.

Official storefronts

• Burger Shift: Team Rush on Steam — paid Early Access app 3804930, from 11 September 2026, listed at $14.99 with a 10% introductory discount until 25 September 2026. Windows only. 1–8 online or LAN co-op with voice and text.
• Burger Shift: Team Rush Prologue on Steam — free Prologue app 3821150 from 22 October 2025. This is the long public kitchen, not the tiny demo.

The separate demo is Steam app 4251300 from 10 January 2026. Its review snapshot sat at Mixed 59% of 32 reviews and should not be quoted as the Prologue score. Prologue reviews sat in Mostly Positive territory on Steam. If a tracker mixes those three apps, ignore the blended number.

Steam listings that look like extra DLC under app 4882060 are a Playtest, not a paid recipe pack. There is no confirmed public Trello board. There are no promo codes. If someone pastes a “code” in chat, it is not an official channel.

Social clips are not patch notes. A fryer shot on TikTok does not override Prologue Patch Notes or the July 2026 Early Access date lock. Watch them for layout, then verify tickets in-game.

Support

Email Nova Telum support for account, crash, or store problems. Attach the Steam app id you are playing (3804930 for Early Access, 3821150 for Prologue) and whether you were in online or LAN co-op. Wiki comments cannot refund Steam, reset Cloud saves, or unban a Discord user.

Before you mail a “missing feature” report, read Full Game Notes. Drive-thru, fryer, ice cream, NPC employees, and full progression are the paid promise. Unwrap, dumpsters, and Trainee patience are Prologue patch behaviour. Mixing those lists wastes the studio’s inbox.

How to use this directory without getting scammed

Bookmark the two Steam apps and the Discord invite from this page, not from a random screenshot. Nova Telum will not ask you to type a wallet code in chat. This wiki will not host executable “fixes.” When a hotfix lands, wait for it on the Steam news hub, then look for a dated page under Updates. Until that happens, the July 2026 post and the two named Prologue updates are the public text that matters.
