Burger Shift: Team Rush lists 20 Steam achievements on the Early Access app (3804930). This page records confirmed names. It does not invent unlock conditions for titles that have no public description, and it will not guess the seven unpublished names. The Prologue (app 3821150) and the separate demo (app 4251300) shipped seven achievements with official descriptions. Early Access widens the catalog to twenty. What Steam actually lists

Treat the twenty as a broader set than the Prologue’s tutorial pings. The Prologue seven are mostly first-time station checks: a burger, a soda, a coffee, an oven, a loaded wrap, a perfect ticket, and a 9-to-9 day. The extra Early Access names point at decoration, hiring, frozen service, takeaway, and shop-growth jokes. Pointing is not an unlock guide.

Do not import another cooking game’s achievement list. Do not treat Discord hearsay as a hidden step. Name tags and outfits do not change which trophy pops. Difficulty labels are not trophies either; Trainee is still the honest place to learn, and Manager is not a badge setting.

Keep the catalogs straight. Prologue stats are not Early Access stats. A friend who 100% the free app still has unpublished titles waiting on the paid kitchen. This wiki will not mix those percentages into one fake completion bar.

The seven Prologue names with official text

These descriptions come from the Prologue and demo catalogs. They are the only unlock lines this wiki will reprint as official.

First Bite — Make your first burger. That is the onboarding ping. Open a pack, cook both sides, wrap, and serve. It is not a secret recipe.

Five-Star Service — Serve a perfect order. Official text. Match the receipt, include the drink if the ticket has a cup, and land it before the patience alert dies.

Full Shift — Complete a full day of work from 9 to 9. Official text. Close the day. This is a shift trophy, not a career trophy, and not a reason to skip bins until the door locks.

Fresh Out the Oven — Use the oven for the first time. Official text. The Prologue includes baked goods such as croissants. This page will not invent a bake timer or a hidden croissant combo.

Loaded Burger — Make a burger with three or more fillings. Official text. Public assembly shots show lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and sauces. Three fillings means load it; it does not mean dump the entire cooler on one bun.

Morning Brew — Make your first coffee. Official text. The coffee machine is a real station, not a prop. A perfect burger that waits on a cup is still a late ticket.

Fountain Service — Make your first soda. Official text. The soda fountain stalls wraps when nobody owns drinks. First cup is the ping; every later cup is still the job.

If you only played the Prologue, those seven are the whole list. Early Access keeps the spirit and adds more names. Do not wait for a wiki to tell you to pour a soda. Pour the soda.

Early Access names without invented unlocks

The following titles are confirmed names. Flavour notes below are unofficial inferences from the words themselves. They are not unlock conditions.

The Customer is ALWAYS wrong — Unofficial reading: a joke about difficult guests, chaotic events, or a service argument. This wiki will not invent the trigger, the quote, or a hidden complaint slider.

Interior Designer — Unofficial reading: decoration, trinkets, or interior options you buy with shift cash. Hair, shirts, and shoes in the character creator are a different system. Do not grind outfits for a furniture trophy you have not seen described.

Lend Me a Hand! — Unofficial reading: help, co-op, or hiring. Early Access employees clean tables and stock ingredients. That is a hint about the name, not a checklist of how many NPCs to buy.

Serial Entrepreneur — Unofficial reading: progression, upgrades, or running the shop as a business loop. Cash still comes from service and tips. There is no tycoon overlay this page will fabricate, and no unpublished cash total we will guess.

Brain Freeze — Unofficial reading: ice cream / soft-serve, which belongs to the full Early Access feature set. If your build has no ice cream station, do not hunt this on the Prologue. Frozen service is a station once the paid kitchen includes it, not a Prologue side quest.

To-Go Master — Unofficial reading: takeaway packing or Drive-Thru bags. Dining-room trays and to-go bags are not the same motion. Staff the window like a real lane, then stop reading invented bag counts.

Seven more names exist in the twenty. They are unpublished here on purpose. The storefront preview has shown extra titles in passing; this page will not freeze a guessed list that Steam can still hide.

How to hunt them without spoilers we do not have

Play the kitchen. First burger, first soda, first coffee, first oven use, a loaded wrap, a perfect ticket, and a 9-to-9 day are the Prologue seven. For the rest, staff the stations the names imply: drinks, ice cream, takeaway, interior cash, and hired hands. Then stop reading guides that invent percentages.

Do not expect a hire to pop your cook trophies. Humans still flip. A Brain Freeze inference still needs a human at the cold machine if ice cream is on the ticket. A To-Go Master inference still needs someone at the bag, not eight people escorting one dining-room tray.

Customization will not cook a Loaded Burger for you. It can make the window person readable. That is enough. Spend creator time in minutes, then go stand where the name implies.
